BlueXploit Cybersecurity Solutions is an India‑based training provider and all course enrollments become valid only after full payment of required fees. Applicable taxes will be charged as per Indian law. Payments, cancellations, and refunds will be managed strictly in line with our published Refund & Retake Policy. All training materials, including slides, videos, documents, and resources provided during the courses, remain the intellectual property of BlueXploit Cybersecurity Solutions and are meant for your personal education only. You are not permitted to copy, share, resell, or distribute them without our written consent.
You agree to use our services only for lawful and authorized purposes. Misuse of our website, platforms, or learning resources in any form is not allowed. Any login credentials or access details provided to you are strictly personal and must not be shared with others. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services in case of misuse, breach of rules, or disruptive behavior. While we strive to provide high‑quality training and support, BlueXploit cannot be held responsible for certification exam outcomes, job placements, or any technical issues beyond our control such as internet failures or third‑party platform disruptions.

Refund & Retake Policy
At BlueXploit Cybersecurity Solutions, we value our learners and aim to make sure our policies are transparent and fair. The following guidelines explain how refunds, cancellations, and retake (redo) options work for our training programs.
Mode of Refund
- All approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.
- Refund requests are reviewed against the terms and conditions of the purchased service or training.
Training Cancelled by BlueXploit
- If a course or training batch is canceled by BlueXploit, learners will receive a 100% refund.
- Alternatively, learners can choose to enroll in another program of equal value.
Learner-Initiated Cancellations
- Advance Notice: If you inform us at least 7 working days prior to your batch start date, you will get a 100% refund.
- Short Notice: If cancellation is requested within 7 days of the training start date or after, an administrative fee of INR 5000 will be deducted.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Feedback Requirement
- To be eligible for post‑training support, reschedules, or redo sessions, the learner must submit the interim and final feedback forms.
- Any issues or escalation must be raised within the first 3 sessions of the training. Once three 3 are completed successfully, no refund will be entertained.
Eligibility for Rejoin the New Batch
- If a learner has valid concerns and has raised them early, he/she is eligible to join a redo batch within 3 months of the initial batch’s end date.
- After this 3‑month period, redo classes will no longer be free. Learners may rejoin by paying 50% of the original course fee plus taxes.
Exam Retake Support
- If a learner does not clear the exam on the first attempt, they can join the next available batch free of charge (within 3 months of either the exam result date or their first batch end date, whichever is later).
- Requests made after the 3‑month window will be chargeable at 50% of the original fee plus taxes.
Attendance Requirement
- Learners must maintain at least 80% attendance in the enrolled batch in order to qualify for redo or revision sessions.
Rescheduling Due to Emergencies
- In case of a medical emergency or unavoidable circumstances, one free reschedule will be provided on mutual agreement.
- Any further reschedules will be chargeable at 100% of the actual course fee.
